Country Bread hosts a wide selection of artisan bread making courses designed specifically to teach
you all the theory and techniques to make the perfect loaf at home or for your business.
A Country Bread course is the perfect thing to do while visiting Wakkerstroom or wanting to learn a new life skill.
OUR COURSE CALENDAR
Why have a fixed calendar when you can plan your own dates?
That is why all our courses are by arrangement and are available on any day of the week,
from Monday through to Sunday.
To maximise your artisan bread making experience, your course will be exclusive to your group.
Courses typically start at 10 in the morning and will finished around 4 in the afternoon.
The price of a course is generally R695 per person with a 50% single supplement. Where the bread requires more expensive ingredients or is more technical, the course will be subject to a surcharge. Prices for these courses are available on request.
The price of a course includes the following:
Comprehensive course notes
All equipment (other than an apron, which you may want to bring along with you)
Tea, coffee and cordials
A light country lunch accompanied by a glass of wine or so
Taking home the bread you baked.
